The WAKS company with its registered office in Rybnik may process your personal data because it is necessary for the performance of the contract, the purchase or the response to a commercial inquiry. This mainly concerns the provision of transaction support, its finalization, implementation of contracts concluded under the sales contract, as well as solving technical problems, handling complaints and inquiries sent via the form available on the website www.waks.pl
Data processing is required from WAKS by legal provisions regarding tax and accounting purposes, as well as debt collection (including court, mediation or arbitration proceedings).
The above-mentioned processing is also carried out in order to carry out research, statistical analyzes, data storage for archival purposes, as well as analyzes regarding the improvement and functioning of the company’s operations and the needs of its clients.
